Institute for the Promotion of Public Initiatives helps adults transition from institutional care. This project funded disabled young people who have graduated or aged out of the Ukrianian orphanage/ foster care system, many of whom have children. Before acquiring the funding, they must have lost their employment and/or benefits, due to the invasion. The program helped with survival needs and, in some cases, towards evacuation. Ultimately resettlement many were resettled in the city of Dnipro where they were provided with food and basic necessities.
